Life Lately My Lovelies 🌿 Here are some snippets (from a vast few weeks) 💚 Soaking up life’s sunshine, even on the windiest days 🌬️ Spending Sunday mornings with @breathing.tree @rosemaryferguson_ and @spicerlife . Talking all things breath and nutrition. In a world where complexity seems to be overwhelming the wellness world, this was a refreshing reminder to return to some powerful natural basics 🙏🏽 Gong Baths at Wandsworth prison…..you’ll have to read my newsletter to find out more on this one. Only a poem can explain how moving this was ✨ Celebrating life! Why not right?! Such a joy to meet you @wen_wu_art and your art is incredible! In that brief moment we spoke I felt I knew you more than I do. Thank you 🙏🏽 Glad we both arrived early 🌿 New experience went live! Come join us on 22nd November in my Blackheath hideaway. Super excited to be doing this alongside @mrjamescrossley again! ✨ Book via the link in my bio 🌿 Candlelit Gong Baths are well underway. I’ve just received a delivery of even MORE candles! 🤭 Walking Freddie around the hospital grounds in the middle of the night. Life with a pooch who has separation anxiety….you take them to medical emergencies! Quite funny now, but not then 🫠 (photo not from that night….he’s magical despite it all ❤️). @silkysoulfreddie
