that’s right.. the end of the musical is here and i just can’t believe it went by so fast. the cast was omg amazing i love each and everyone of you all so much. loosing the seniors was definitely hard and all though i cried for like 30 mins it doesn’t change that they and the everyone else created such a memorable show for my first ever musical. we had amazing people help us and assist us with what we needed during the show. and we got it together in 100 days! i look forward to so many more productions with the people i can now call a family. violet signing out 💜 #musical #youragoodmancharliebrown #theatre #violet

“Doesn’t ambition make life interesting?” Anne Shirley Cuthbert 🧡📚🍎🐝

This show was so full of romantical surprises; from the night I found out what the fall play was going to be, to our very last performance. Anne’s personality and story has captivated me since I was little, so I was thrilled at the opportunity to be in the show at all. At some point, though, a switch flipped, and I had confidence in going for a “dream role” that I didn’t even know I could have until auditions. Becoming Anne Shirley was an experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world. I learned so, so much from her and the story we told; about how I look at the world around me, about myself as an actress, as a person, and as a bosom friend.

Yes, it’s really taken me four months to get out of Avonlea. And yeah, I’m finally having to post for Anne because of the musical and prom.. I’ve had such a hard time letting go of this show. I know that there are even bigger things coming for me, it’s just such a bittersweet goodbye. I don’t know how next year could be any better or more challenging than this.. but I’ve learned to never underestimate Mrs. Ellis or her ability to push me to grow, so look out.

“At heart I shall always be your Anne, who will love you and Matthew and Green Gables more and more every day of her life.” A piece of me will always be, with Matthew’s kindred spirit, in Green Gables. Thank you to everyone in this cast, for your love and patience. I can’t wait for next year.
