This is a glimpse of one night behind the scenes at KINK.
Not a staged moment. Just how we move, how we work, how we are with each other.
Our vibe is not forced. It is natural. Unpolished in the best way.
And every night carries its own version of us.

Not your average steak & fries.
Fire-grilled entrecôte, Pommes Provençal with parmesan & parsley, chimichurri jus — plus kimchi ketchup and mayo on the side. A little classic, a little wild. Just how we like it.

Slow cooked Short ribs, Corn purée, glazed carrots and fermented Kampot pepper jus

Picture a plate of tender, slow-braised short ribs, their rich, succulent meat falling off the bone with the slightest touch. The ribs are bathed in a velvety jus made from fermented red peppers and corn, adding layers of smoky, tangy depth to the dish. Each bite of the meat melts in your mouth, infused with the savory, bold flavors of the jus.

On the side, there’s a vibrant medley of sweet corn kernels and caramelized carrots, roasted to golden perfection. The corn adds a burst of sweetness and freshness, while the carrots bring a subtle earthiness, balancing the richness of the ribs.

Delighting in the tastes of this succulent lamb leg straight from a local farm, perfectly paired with chimichurri, anchovy salsa, crisp puntarella, and zesty preserved lemon.
