My Bookclub is better than yours!! Today we had our monthly meeting at a drag brunch and it was fabulous!!! I could not be happier that I get to hang with these ladies once a month. Looking forward to our next outing. •

Day 7 of @ww #7daysforeverybody show off your support squad. I’ve read and listed to a lot of podcast that talk about how you might need to drop people from your life that don’t support you and your goals. I have to say I don’t have that problem. I have the most uplifting people in my life. My #BCB girls and I hit a workout class once a week. My sisters workout with me and motivate me in group challenge and are constantly lifting me up. My husband joined WW with me and is doing Whole 30 too though he’s missing his bourbon like crazy. My #supportsquad could not be any more kick ass!!! #weightwatchers #wwfreestyle #mytribe #mypeople #support #workingonmyself #weightloss #weightlossjourney #wellnessthatworks #workoutbuddies #healthylifestyle

Last night we had our annual Ugly sweater/alcohol exchange Christmas party. I had so much fun I was actually mad when it was over. 😕 That’s what happens when you surround yourself with good people, you literally never want the party to end. Thank you to everyone who made it over, I had a blast. •

Go right now and find yourself some friends that push you to be better, who celebrate every tiny win with you (like finishing your 100th oz of water), who make you dress up as characters you don't even know, who send you stupid memes, and who love you right where you are. This group of girls has changed me in ways I can't explain. What started as a book club has turned into the sweetest friendships and hundreds of texts a day. If you need friends like mine...I'd love to hang out with you, encourage you, laugh with you, cry with you! Everyone deserves a tribe like this 💜

And now for the costumes! We all really got into our characters for the GoT Birthday Party. I can’t wait to do this again in April for the premiere.•

Had so much fun at the #GloRun 💫🏃🏻‍♀️💫 last night. My goal was 45 minutes 🐢, made it in 44 min and 58 sec. I'm hoping by the end of the summer to cut that time way down. But I'm satisfied for now 🤩 #notarunner #5k #sorryaboutyourweight #weightlossjourney #weightloss
