LA Underground Radio #interview with ‪@silverdoseband‬

Delivering forward-thinking, hard rock/alternative songs based on different rhythms such as latin music, hip hop, funk and more, wrapped into drop tuned guitar riffs and catchy melodic hooks, Silver Dose is creating new original music and playing energetic shows.

As a 3-piece band that packs a big presence, they have been an active part of the music scene playing over 70 shows, and have shared the stage with national acts. Looking forward, Silver Dose is spreading across the country playing shows and festivals throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas and California.

Silver Dose is based in the New Orleans Metropolitan, though its music goes far beyond any lines or borders. The trio's roster boasts the Brazilian musician Guzz Andrade on lead vocals and guitar, and from Southern Louisiana, Jordan Tamplain on bass and backing vocals and Rikki Frazier on drums. Formed in October of 2019 after Guzz moved to the USA (4700 miles from his hometown as expressed in a song), the band released 6 singles and an EP throughout the year of 2020, and their debut full-length album in August of 2022.
