Wednesday night we celebrated our incredible @aas_trio as they prepare to head off for Worlds in Italy!🇺🇸✈️🇮🇹🌎

The World Championships only happen once every two years, and only two trios in the 13–19 Women’s Group category are selected to represent Team USA and THEY ARE ONE OF THEM! ❤️🤍💙

What a MASSIVE accomplishment and a dream come true for these girls. So many hours of hard work, sacrifice, grit, determination, and trust in one another have led to this moment.

Next weekend, they’ll step onto the WORLD stage representing Team USA, and we could not be more proud! 🇺🇸✨

We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! Stay tuned for details on how to watch them LIVE! 📺✨

We are super proud of our SoCal @aas_trio representing 🇺🇸 USA for the FIRST time this season at @maiainternationalacrocup in Portugal in the 13–19 WG division.
Such a great debut!

They qualified for the semifinals and finished in 8th place, competing against countries such as Portugal, Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, Estonia, and Switzerland.

The USA Juniors also earned the 3rd place Team Award. 👏🇺🇸

In preparation for team trials and National & International Development Team selections, we had the opportunity to host an incredible gymnastics workshop with former NFL player Eric Weddle. Our athletes gained powerful lessons that go far beyond the gym 🤍

Key takeaways:

✨ Enjoy the process. Have fun and protect your love for the sport.
✨ Trust your work. Competition is your time to shine—you’ve already put in the hours, so tell yourself “I got this” and go be great.
✨ Make competition feel like practice. Perform the way you train all week.
✨ Handle stress with confidence. Don’t worry about what you can’t control—focus on what you can.
✨ Control the controllable.

Thank you, Eric, for sharing your time, wisdom, and perspective. Your message made a real impact on our athletes and reminded us all why we do what we do. 💪🤸‍♀️
