Morning group calls with my girls 🩷✨

This morning, chatting with the beautiful humans I met through my Integrated NLP Practitioner training, I had one of those moments of absolute gratitude.

And it got me thinking...

Life has a beautiful way of reflecting back what we choose to nurture within ourselves.

The energy you bring, the love you give, the connections you invest in and the way you choose to show up in this world all shape what you create around you.

And the same applies to healing.

As you heal, grow and evolve, so does what you make room for in your life.

I attract abundance.
I attract financial freedom.
I attract love.
I attract beautiful, genuine connections.

My life is abundant. In love, in friendships, in opportunities and in wealth.

I love money, and money loves me right back! 💸😂

And this beautiful little community we've created is such a reminder of that.

We continue to show up for each other. We give our time, our love, our support and our energy. And somehow, it just keeps giving back in the most beautiful ways.

What you nurture grows. What you invest your energy into has the opportunity to flourish.

Feeling incredibly grateful for the people who have crossed my path, the connections that continue to deepen and the life I'm consciously creating.

The universe can keep sending more of this my way. I'm here for it all. 🩷

Choose courage over comfort, action over hesitation, and growth over fear. Keep showing up, trusting yourself, and become who you are meant to be. ✨🔥 #Courageovercomfort #Trustyourself #Befearless

When the universe gives us opportunities to be given space with experts in their fields to learn from them, you bloody take it!! 🤩🤩

The best part was I have been able to share it with other humans who all showed up a month ago in the front of a building on the Gold Coast. Not sure what was about to happen, and I'm so honoured that my path made it so it crossed with them all. 🥰🥰

Are you still saying "I don't have time"?

I used to say that too.

Now I'm on 6.30am Zoom calls to grow my business, while brushing kids hair and teeth, making lunches, school drop off and a quick walk and shower in (most days 😅) before the 9-5 job on top.

And I actually have MORE energy than I did before my days were this full.💅

Not because more hours suddenly appeared, because I got clearer on my goals, grew my capacity and nervous system and had stern words with my calendar. (It's a developing relationship 😅)

Time is NOT the problem. The excuse is.

Stop waiting for time you'll never magically find. Start with what you've got.

DM me "START" and let's talk 👇

✈️ Sky Daddy Book Club 2025 Reading Wrap-Up ✈️

It’s been a wonderful reading year for our little book club. We read widely, talked deeply, laughed loudly and (occasionally) had our minds blown 🤯

Our book club name is based on the most discussed book that we have read together so far, Sky Daddy by Kate Folk 😳

I don’t want to spoil the reading experience for anyone who might want to read Sky Daddy, but it is a very unique story. It’s about a young woman who is sexually attracted to planes. Yes, you read that right. But, at the heart of the book, are themes of wanting to belong, how we conceal parts of ourselves and our collective need for connection

This year, the Sky Daddy Book Club read 14 books and 5,179 pages 🥳

Through our books we explored love, grief, faith, ambition, friendship and so many other themes 📚

Our highest rated book for the year was Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid (4.85 / 5) and our most-read genre was contemporary fiction

A huge THANK YOU to the members of the Sky Daddy Book Club. Thank you for showing up. Thanks you for your love, friendship and connection.

I can’t wait to turn more pages, eat more cake and drink more coffee with you in 2026! 📚☕️🍰

Silvia competed at @capopowerlifting states over the weekend.

We had a non-traditional prep. Silvia didn’t train for 6 weeks due to travel and being sick.

At 9 weeks out we hit the ground running.

The focus was to get back to routine with eating and make recovery a priority.

Despite the rocky prep, there were plenty of wins.

We just missed 122.5kg squat on depth. Silvia hadn’t had this weight on her back since June last year.

She equalled her all time best comp bench. Another weight, she hadn’t touched since last year.

We hit 150kg deadlift even after failing 140kg three weeks out.

S - 112.5kg (-10kg)
B - 60kg (equal)
D - 150kg (-10kg)

322.5kg

Proud of Silvia for turning up and giving this competition everything she had.

Comp day already brings out the nerves. Don’t add extra pressure by doing a weight cut.
