שני דברים שלמדתי בקורס מורות לטנטרה בבאלי:

1. טנטרה הרבה יותר קרובה למדיטציה מאשר לסקס, כמו שאנחנו רגילים לדמיין בעולם המערבי.
2. אחת המהויות העמוקות של טנטרה היא היכולת להפוך כאב לאהבה וחמלה.

בקורס תרגלנו סוגים שונים של מדיטציות דינמיות שמבוססות על טקסט עתיק מתוך המסורת של קשמירי שיוואיזם, מלפני יותר מאלף שנה.
בטקסט הזה מופיעות 112 דרכים להגיע למצבי תודעה עמוקים דרך החיים עצמם: דרך הנשימה, החושים, הצליל, הגוף, הרגש, ואפילו דרך כאב, תשוקה ואינטימיות.

התרגול הזה פגש אותי במקום מאוד עמוק.
לאט לאט הרגשתי איך משהו בתודעה שלי מתרכך. נפתח. מתארגן מחדש.

יצאתי מהמסע הזה מלאה בהשראה ורצון להעביר הלאה מהידע והעדינות שפגשתי שם.
וכבר עכשיו אני מתחילה לשלב חלק מהמדיטציות האלה בסדנאות הנשימה שלי, בנגיעות קטנות, אורגניות ורכות.

אחד הרגעים הכי משמעותיים עבורי בקורס היה כשנתבקשנו להעביר מדיטציה לקבוצה.
בחרתי להנחות מדיטציה של פתיחת הלב והפיכת סבל לאהבה ואמפתיה.

לפני המדיטציה מצאתי את עצמי משתפת כ־40 נשים מכל העולם בחוויה האישית שלי כאישה ישראלית שחיה בתוך מציאות של כאב, פחד ופילוג כבר שנים.
שיתפתי בבחירה שלי להמשיך לחפש את האנושיות בתוך כל זה. לא להיסגר. לא להקשיח את הלב.

המדיטציה הייתה עוצמתית בצורה שקשה להסביר במילים.
בסופה נשים ניגשו אליי בדמעות וחיבקו אותי. חלקן אמרו שזו הייתה הפעם הראשונה שהצליחו להרגיש לרגע את המציאות שלנו דרך הלב ולא דרך החדשות.

זה היה רגע מאוד חשוף עבורי.
אבל גם רגע שהזכיר לי למה אני מאמינה כל כך בעבודה הזאת.

איך נשימה, נוכחות ורכות יכולות להפוך גם כאב גדול למשהו שמייצר חיבור.
אולי אפילו ריפוי קטן.

ואולי זאת גם הסיבה שהנשימה והטנטרה מרגישות לי היום כל כך קרובות זו לזו.
שתיהן מזמינות אותנו להישאר פתוחות.ים.
לחיים. לעצמנו. אחד.ת לשנייה.

זאת פיסת האקטיביזם שלי.
ובדרך שלי אני מתפללת שהאדוות שלה ימשיכו להתרחב 🤍

I’ve always felt there is more than the version of life we’re given. Something deeper. Something truer.

I couldn’t name it before, but I knew life wasn’t just “this is how it’s supposed to be.” That we’re meant to feel more, understand more, and experience more - even if others don’t see it.

This path came naturally. No plan, no strategy. It just arrived.

Through this work, I began to understand what it really means to live fully. Not just to do or perform, but to truly feel and be.

I left women’s practices in India a few months ago with one clear feeling:
I wish my mum, my aunties and my closest friends could experience this… at least once.

Once you touch that depth, you can’t go back to who you used to be.

And from that place, the desire to share it with others was born. ✨

So grateful for my tantric Sisters. Drunk with Love. 🫶🏻

Today is a beautiful reminder of the power, intuition, softness, and creativity that live within every woman. When women gather, share, and support each other, something truly special happens. Ideas expand, creativity flows, and beautiful things are born.

In true sisterhood, women inspire one another, uplift each other, and create spaces where everyone can grow. This is the natural energy of women - connection, collaboration, and creation.

Women were never meant to compete with each other. Competition between women is a story created by the patriarchal world - one that disconnects us from our true essence.

When we return to sisterhood, we remember our real power. Together we create more beauty, more love, and more possibilities than we ever could alone.
