One week ago, at this very moment, we were celebrating the opening of Fracture of the Masks. ✨ A night I will carry with me for a very long time. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, celebrated, and made this moment so incredibly special. 🤍 And if you weren’t able to be there that night, the story is still waiting for you. Fracture of the Masks will be on view at AnArte Gallery through October 2nd. 🎭✨ Come see what happens when the mask begins to fracture… and the real self starts to emerge. #saantonio #dizurita #anarte #artexhibit #fractureofthemask

Dále Shine ✨💜 Feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this project and work alongside such a talented team of artists for the past month 🫶🏼 @mommypaints @blancasdavid @j_wardart @silvyartstudio It was remarkable seeing everything come together piece by piece. There is so much detail in every single section. I kept finding new things each time I came back to it. It is truly one of those pieces you have to go see in person. A huge thank you to @mommypaints for trusting me and inviting me to work with you on your project. I appreciate you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this talented team. The complete mural is more beautiful than I could have imagined! Thank you to The Continental Residences @thecontinentalresidences for believing in artists and choosing to invest in public art. It’s something that brings so much joy to the community, and I’m honored to have been a part of it. Thank you to @blancasdavid , @j_wardart , @larrymtzjr01 for installing the polytab 50+ feet in the air ! You are SO amazing ! Thank you @__garciart for joining us on install day and being willing to learn new techniques and grow your artist toolbox. So many logistics & thank yous 💜 ! It is now up and ready to be enjoyed on the Continental Residence exterior wall facing the San Pedro Creek . As always, I feel incredibly fortunate to have contributed to something that will be enjoyed by so many people in San Antonio for years to come. ☀️ #SanAntonio #daleshine #publicart #mural #TheContinentalSA

A final recap of this past weekend 🥹💛 Between the genuine conversations with fellow artists and the fear of not finishing on time, this mural festival was a first for me and testament to how beautiful community is. “Starry” represents the attributes I aspire to have. She’s adventurous, confident, and always excited to take life by the reigns and Live Free. This piece was a challenge worth taking on, and I’m so thankful for the folks behind @artinuncommonplaces who curated a positive and inspiring space for her to exist. Traveling with @souplaws and little Zoe Zoe was more than what I could have imagined. Our little family is closer for it, and I’m blessed to have a significant other who supports and loves me the way he does. Lastly, to the artists I met and pieces I saw from start to finish… what a breathtaking representation of how diverse and creative we all become from our unique, individual journeys. I would love to paint with them all again and again and again. I’m inspired to pour energy into this upcoming weekend at @esxart210. We underestimate the things we can build when community comes together. 💛 #muralfest #artinunusualplaces #satxartist #sanangelotx #sanangelo #conchoriver #femaleartist #originalcharacter #painter #illustrator #digitalcreator
