✨Turning what took 10days into 10 seconds✨😂 I love how Instagram makes it look so easy! (Not!)

This is the bit we all love though right? I just love this bit, picking bits out, deciding on colours, furniture, making it feel exactly how you want your home to feel. Kind of the reason I just love interiors

If your body is exhausted but your brain refuses to switch off… try this 🌙

My simple bedtime trio:

✨ Magnesium glycinate
🍵 Chamomile tea
💧 Magnesium oil

Nothing complicated. Just a little evening ritual to help me slow everything down and create the right environment for rest.

I’m a big believer that sleep starts before your head hits the pillow.

Dim the lights.
Step away from your phone.
Have your tea.
Take a few deep breaths.
Let your nervous system know the day is done. 🤍

These are some of the simple things I prioritise when I want a really good night’s sleep.

Your foundations matter more than you think.
Lowering cortisol counts!

Save this for tonight 🌙

Episode 4: The Cool Girl Lair 🛌✨💗

📦Starting from the foundation up!

Welcome back to the Cool Girl Home series 🕺🏻We’re finally starting on my bedroom, and while I’ve got LOTS of cute decor in store, it’s the foundations that are going to make this the best room in the house.

I asked @simbasleep to *gift me their Hybrid Pro mattress because, as a certified terrible sleeper, I wanted to actually invest in making my bedroom somewhere I can switch off and get a good night’s sleep 😭

✨Bedroom reveal✨
Been working on this behind the scenes, absolutely love the cosy spaces we’ve created. We are in LOVE with our new @dusk.com bed, the quality is incredible.
We went for the @simbasleep mattress and it’s the best nights sleep we’ve had in a long time. I’ve had the @ellenvaleinteriors cushions on my wishlist for a while and I have no regrets! 🤎
Just on the look out for a wreath above the bed but we have an exciting trip planned soon and I’m hoping I find one there 🤞
Process videos to follow hopefully, it wasn’t done in a day😂

🫂 After spending four to six months rough sleeping and sofa surfing, Liam* came to our Delivery Partner, @ymcaleics, for support.

In July, he took a huge step forward and moved into his own flat. Thanks to our long-standing partnership with @simbasleep, Liam had a new mattress waiting to help make his new space feel like home.

💬 “Before being at the YMCA I would dig up a mound of fresh mud for a pillow. I knew as soon as I saw [the studio flat] that it would be home. I can’t wait to get the mattress onto my new bed in my new home. Having this mattress will make a massive difference. Thanks to Simba for the gift.”

A mattress might seem like a simple thing, but for a young person, having a comfortable place to sleep can mean so much more.

A huge thank you to Simba for continuing to help young people like Liam in the EveryYouth Network make their new home feel safe and secure. 💙
