POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It took be about 2.5 years to be able to do it on the elevation without having @simbastyle near me. 🤸

When it comes to acrobatics i feel like its 10% about the technique and 90% about letting go of old habits and behaviours and build trust. 🥨

Now the question is How many years will it take to me to reach the floor ?

In some gamesIn some games, you just feel like you’re in the Matrix. Everything is clear, decisions are easy, and you’re so locked in that time moves in slow motion. To the outside world it looks like chaos, but to you, it’s an organized mess. You don’t even remember what happened, but luckily @ilay_bar88 was there to capture this flow state🥷🧘

Thank you for the game and the open heart ❤️ @lior.someh 🙏🫶

What I like (and hate) most about acrobatics is that it’s honest with you- There is no ‘I will go light today, fewer sets, i will ask my partner to take it easy on me”-
Either you jumped, or you didn’t jump.

And for me, this is mainly what it’s about- finding a way to do something you are absolutely terrified of.

Even though i am only at the beginning of this journey, Every three seconds in this video hides countless repetitions inside, including the ones I couldn’t get through and didn’t go for, as well as mental preparation, and deep concentration.

I think the most complex part of this practice is the dependence on someone else to watch you. That is why I spend a lot of time visualising every repetition from the technique to the feelings involved.

And obviously all is thanks to the best teacher in the world- the most sensitive and patient- who believes in me more than I believe in myself, and helps me achieve what I didn’t even allow myself to imagine. @simbastyle

Thank you for doing this and sharing your thoughts and experiences, guys! Keep going, please! Will do my best to translate more and more of the episodes ❤️🙏
