SOLD | 2235 Juniperberry Drive | $2,150,000 ✨
This one feels especially good.
I am so happy for my seller, @simkins_robert, who spent an entire year thoughtfully reimagining this special Eichler from the ground up. What began as a vision became a beautifully renovated 5BR/3BA home, with virtually every element of the property transformed while honoring the architecture and indoor/outdoor lifestyle that make Eichlers so special.
From the gorgeous new kitchen & bathrooms to the walls of glass, light-filled living spaces, beautiful finishes & landscaping, an incredible amount of thought, time and heart went into creating this home.
After a year of renovation and bringing this vision to life, seeing 2235 Juniperberry sell for $2,150,000 is such a wonderful ending to the story.
Congratulations to @simkins_robert — I couldn’t be happier for you!

Some homes are renovated. Others are reimagined.
2235 Juniperberry is one of those rare homes.
This stunning Eichler has been thoughtfully transformed to honor Joseph Eichler’s iconic architecture while seamlessly introducing the luxury, craftsmanship, and modern amenities today’s buyer’s desire. From the soaring open-beam ceilings and walls of glass to the spectacular new kitchen, spa-inspired bathrooms, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces, every detail was carefully considered to preserve the home’s timeless design while elevating it for modern living.
One of the things I admire most about this home is the exceptional craftsmanship behind its transformation. Every finish, every material, and every design decision reflects an incredible attention to detail and a deep appreciation for Eichler’s original vision. It is truly inspiring to see a home reimagined with such care, thoughtfulness, and respect for its architectural roots.
The result is a home that feels authentic to its Eichler heritage while offering the comfort, style, and quality buyers are searching for today. Kudos to @simkins_robert
