CALLING ALL AMP OGs!

Who else remembers the 300 square foot bathroom that AMP started in back in 2013??

👇 COMMENT BELOW 👇

A baseball facility in Glen Cove, NY. Just enough room for one squat rack, a hex bar, a landmine in the corner, a cable column, and a set of dumbbells. Two to three athletes an hour, every hour.

Humble beginnings. Proud of how far the AMP family has come. 👊

Growth often starts with making the most of what you have.

Limited space, handwritten programs, and a growing client base called for creativity, efficiency, and intentional coaching.

Over time, the right tools and a strong team can help turn that resourcefulness into something bigger 💪

Spina bifida work isn’t about a cure. It’s about a full life.

School. Work. The gym. Being an active part of the community. The Spina Bifida Association of New York State puts the money it raises toward programs and services that help people live on their own, learn to drive, and go to college. Hear the full conversation on the latest episode.

There and back. Again for two.

This is what doctor-led sounds like. Cues on every rep, feet planted, no guessing.

The setup is half the squat.

Even hands, chest up, a few steps back. Clear cues from one of our RAF coaches, in real time.

Back pain doesn’t have to run the workout.

Walking in with a lot of back pain and barely being able to stand is a hard place to start. Three weeks in, the story is a lot of relief.

At Conquer Fitness, we build our training around this moment, doctor-led from the first session.

Nobody walks in feeling 100% ready. Busy schedules and a long list of reasons to skip are normal.

What matters is that you come in anyway, and our members do, session after session. Tap the link in our bio to get started!

Consistency looks like this.

A coach on every rep, real work in every session, and members who show up for each other. That’s Conquer McKinney.

Confidence isn’t built overnight. It’s built one goal, one workout, and one better-than-yesterday at a time 💪

In the gym, it’s you versus you. Put in the work, stay consistent, and take that confidence onto the field

Supplements can play a role, but they’re not a shortcut. Focus first on consistent training, balanced nutrition, quality sleep, and daily habits.
ㅤ
Once those basics are in place, supplements like whey protein or creatine may help support your goals.
