Our Physio team will be taking a short break over Xmas and New year to spend time with whānau and get some well deserved R&R (which means hiking mountains, beach runs, surfing, fishing and sharing a nice cold 🍺 with friends)

We have not forgotten about our wonderful Raglan community and clients. The clinic will be open Monday and Tuesday 23rd and 24th December, Monday 30th December and then back to normal hours as of Monday 6th January.
We will be available by appointment for any urgent injuries over the Xmas and New Year period.

Thank you again Raglan for your support over the past year and of course to our wonderful Raglan Physio whānau who are so dedicated to their work and also extremely fun to work and hang with ⭐️

Crossed straps can be a great option to get a more secure fit but we don't want the carrier to be digging into our shoulders or neck.

Try this tip to get a more comfortable fit

Back Carry is a game changer to help you get through those periods of time when you need to do things, but baby also wants to be held.

In a buckle carry like the Manduca XT in this video, baby needs to be able to sit unassisted before wearing them on your back. But in other types of carrier you can wear baby on your back from birth.

Your local Kangatraining Instructor is trained in best babywearing practices, and many are babywearing consultants.
