🎞️ A little playback down memory lane
Shaye Best Classic Edition.

Swipe to play ▶️

✨ The Show:
A massive shout-out to @shaye_best for putting together one of the best shows! The energy, organisation, experience, and LETS NOT FORGRT, that CASH prize 👀🏆 You really outdid yourself!

🏋🏼‍♀️ The Gym Attire: @alphaflexcollection
For keeping me feeling confident, comfortable and cute through all those prep and posing sessions. 🤍🐺

💅🏼 The Nails:
To my nail tech @glowmani_nail_bar thank you for making sure the details were detail-ing because the posing hands needed to be giving. 😂✨

💄 The Glam:
To my dearest friend and most talented makeup artist / hairstylist @brogan_castles_mua thank you for making me feel beautiful, confident and stage-ready. 🤍 So much love for you!

👠 The Posing:
To my posing coach/coaches @lady_in_red94 @grethe_the_magician thank you for helping me bring the best version of myself to that stage and teaching me to own every single moment up there. The magician herself 🥵

☀️ The Tan: @gobrownspraytan & and STUNNING @bruynslauren thank you for giving me that stage-ready glow and making sure every detail was on point. 🤎

👁️ The Lashes:
Always a pleasure going to @browsbyfadia 🤍 My little time to wind down while she works her magic with those kitty paws. 😂🐾 I genuinely never feel her working on my lashes that’s how gentle she is. The BEST!

👙 The Bikini:
To the beautiful woman behind my custom bikini @ygtbikini thank you for bringing my vision to life and making me feel like THAT girl. 🤍

🫶🏼 The Support System:
My biggest win of the day — YOU. ❤️🌹

Not the trophies. Not the cash prize. It was seeing my community, my friends and the people I love show up for me. You made me feel so special, so loved and honestly… like a superstar.

That feeling will always mean more to me than any trophy.

🤍 The Team:
I may be the one on stage, but there’s a whole team behind the moment. Thank you to every single person who played a part.

Shaye, you were one for the books. 🏆✨

▶️ End playback.

👙 @ygtbikini

A huge shout-out to this incredible woman for making my bikini 🤍

You are honestly such an inspiration! A mommy of two, a compet

And just like that, the weekend is over!

Another phenomenal Retreat Yourself is in the rearview mirror and we are left with the joy and the smiles to carry forward with.

We are grateful to be able to attend and share our offering these past few years there.
Thank you to the organizers for doing an amazing job, the patrons who bring the energy, and all the vendors, facilitators, performers and collaborators that spark new experiences in our lives.

There were some incredible events around the sauna this year!

Powerful guided sessions hosted by @kyliebrons and @samsmutswellness

Witnessing first-time ice-plungers (and the screams that followed 😅🧊),
New faces, well-known faces, kids and grandparents all in the sauna together!

And there was even a little dance party around ShuShu!

Thank you to every soul who stepped into the heat with us.

Until the next round of steam ♨️🔥
