My first ever European intensive 🩰🤍✨

Thank you, @masterclassesinprague & @juniormasterclassesinprague , for such an unforgettable week. I learned so much and had the most incredible experience in such a magical place. I’m deeply grateful to all of the amazing teachers who pushed me, inspired me, and shared their knowledge so generously. I feel incredibly lucky to have learned from each of you and to still be carrying so much from that experience with me. 🫶

@simo4zza @simo_ballet @denilsonalmeidaa_ @ioanna.avraam @timalmaas @dariaklimentova

And I’m just as grateful for all of the amazing people I met along the way. The laughs, memories, and friendships made this week even more special, and I’m so happy I got to experience it with all of you.

Until next time, Praha 🇨🇿

🔹 We are delighted to announce that Simona Ferrazza has been appointed Head of Educational Development at the Dutch National Ballet Academy as of this school year.

Simona has been a valued teacher for many years, teaching students across all levels. In her new role, she will oversee the development of our educational programmes and help shape the future of education at our academy.

Dario Elia, Artistic Director:

“I am very happy that Simona is taking on this important role. Having worked closely with her for many years, I greatly value her knowledge, dedication and thoughtful approach to education. I look forward to working alongside her as we continue to develop our academy, with a strong focus on both innovation and the wellbeing of our students.”

🇳🇱

Dario Elia, Artistiek Leider:

“Ik ben erg blij dat Simona deze belangrijke rol op zich neemt. Na vele jaren nauw met haar te hebben samengewerkt, heb ik veel waardering voor haar kennis, betrokkenheid en doordachte visie op onderwijs. Ik kijk ernaar uit om samen met haar verder te werken aan de ontwikkeling van onze academie, met een sterke focus op zowel innovatie als het welzijn van onze studenten. 📸 Photo by @altin.kaftira

Looking back at this amazing year studying at @denationaleballetacademie .
So grateful to have had the opportunity to study with these great teachers and sharing this experience with the best classmates.
Special thanks to @simo_ballet @fairyema & @grigorychicherin for sharing all their incredible knowledge and experience and supporting us as a class and to @marion.vijn for guiding us through the year.
Lastly I'll never forget my partners in crime with who it was a joy to study with, discuss and just joke around. @_jake.allison @mskyps @lara.dances @meganzkaftira
It was on honor to study here and I'm proud to have graduated and be able to call myself a ballet teacher!

It’s hard to believe it’s been a month since I graduated from @denationaleballetacademie with my BA as a Teacher of Classical Ballet. It was the culmination of one of the most enriching and challenging years of my life.

Thank you to my inspiring teachers @simo_ballet, @fairyema, and @grigorychicherin, as well as Artistic Director @dario.elia.nba and my supervisor @marion.vijn for all of the support, encouragement, and guidance. Also thank you to my beautiful friends and colleagues @lara.dances, @meganzkaftira, @dekoninglucas, and @mskyps. I miss you guys already!

Also much gratitude to my teachers Pasha Kambalov, @kristinakambalov, and Bruce Brown, who started me on this journey.

And finally, thank you to my beautiful wife @annametisse and daughter Maria who supported me from back home, I couldn’t have done this without you.

I’m excited to announce I have begun teaching as a Ballet Master and Teacher at @dance.alive and in their resident school, @pofahlstudios!
