Experience Elysium🌿🏹

Hidden unsuspectingly behind scaff wrap, a multi-tiered party. Guests started at the drinks reception then moved downstairs for a dinner. Deeper and deeper into a wild afterparty booming away in the basement.

Being an unusual venue, the building site was highlighted exaggerating unique features to create space impossible to replicate.

Material contrast — woven carpet against concrete, soft drapery over brick. Guests didn’t just see the design, they felt it; a space that invited touch as much as it did conversation.

A glimpse behind the curtain….
What began as bare concrete and scaffolding became a dining room unlike any other. Layers of fabric, glowing candlelight, and abundant foliage transformed the basement into a world both raw and refined.
Here’s a first look.

Just a final thank you to all of you beautiful people who came to our Croyde Camera Club surf film night last Thursday. You have know idea how much it meant to myself and the filmakers that you took the time to come and enjoy those films with us. A very humbling experience 💕

Massive thanks to the filmakers @visualhybrid @southleft___ @simon.cotter @jasonhearndop @offshoresphoto . What a treat. Thank you for making the winter brighter ♥️

Also @cafecroyde as per usual your hospitality was second to none. Thank you for hosting us! 🫶🏻

After it was all finished and packed away, I took myself down to the beach. Reflection I guess. The sky was full of stars, planets, star-link satellites etc …

I might of shed a couple of happy tears 🥹🥰

Long live Devon 💚🌊🎥

New camera club nights will be posted soon.
