I hope she always knows she is enough. Even on her worst days. I hope she never feels like she has to change who she is for anybody.

I hope she knows she will always be loved by us and we will always take care of her. Always. Even when she has her own babies one day.

I hope she knows that if all she wants to be in life is a wife and mom that that is more than enough.

I hope she knows that if she never wants either of those things if that’s okay too.

I hope she knows she can be whatever she wants to be in this world and that she will always have our unwavering support.

I hope she feels blessed to be a woman and that it’s the most beautiful and amazing thing in the world like I do.

I hope that she is always treated with the respect and love that she deserves.

I hope that the world is kind to her. But even when it’s not I hope she knows she can always come to us.

I hope she knows that through making me a mom she has completely changed my brain chemistry. I love being a woman, and I adore being her mom more than anything else I have ever done in my life.

This video resurfaced the other day and it always makes me laugh so hard 😂 we both cried tears

I remember seeing him doing this thinking what new weird ass exercise requires him to be a mop on the floor at the gym meanwhile I was being pranked 😩😂

As a fitness coach, I get a lot of questions about supplements, and one that frequently comes up is ✨creatine monohydrate✨

If you have worked with me you know I am not a supplement pusher. BUT there are exceptions

So first —What is Creatine Monohydrate?

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in small amounts in foods like red meat and fish. It’s stored in your muscles and used for short bursts of high-intensity energy. Creatine monohydrate is the most common and well-studied form of creatine supplement.

Let’s dive into the science and benefits—especially for women—❤️‍🔥

🙌🏼Increased Muscle Strength:

Creatine helps replenish your muscles energy stores, allowing you to push harder during workouts. This leads to greater strength and more muscle-building potential, which can help women see faster progress in weight training (adding muscle = that “toned” look)

Research has also shown less muscle wasting in post menopausal women who take creatine monohydrate!

🧠Cognitive Benefits:

Research suggests that creatine may have cognitive benefits, such as improving mental fatigue, which is important for women juggling fitness with other life demands.

🤰🏻Creatine During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:

When it comes to pregnancy and breastfeeding, there isn’t much research specifically on creatine monohydrate. It’s generally recommended to avoid new supplements during pregnancy unless prescribed by a healthcare provider. During breastfeeding, the risks are unclear. They don’t do much research on us special populations

Creatine monohydrate is a safe, effective supplement for women seeking to improve their strength, power, and overall athletic performance, and improve body aesthetics. It’s backed by decades of research and is a great addition to a well-rounded fitness plan. This is one of the few sups I reccomend to most people!

New IFBB Pro Men’s Physique weight caps starting after the ⭕️ (swipe)! I want to hear your thoughts on the upcoming change in the comments ⬇️⁣
⁣
Personally I believe this is a step in the right direction for the division; and wouldn’t be surprised if we see these weight caps carry over to the NPC before too long. ⁣
⁣
Along with the new height/weight caps, the judges want board shorts to be 2inches above the knee so they can start marking down extremely unbalanced physiques 👏⁣
⁣
Do you think these new MP rules will make a difference? Let me know what you all think! ⁣
⁣
Nice work IFBB! 🙌⁣
