We started our 2nd day in Marrakech at the stunning Medersa Ben Youssef, a 16th-century Islamic college!
Denali, Lelly Bean, Shadow, Braemar, Finleg, Carlos, Skinny, Fred, Avocado, Leo Rain, Peaches, Lorenzo, Mimosa'& I admired the reflection pool; Matteo, Neko, Mika, Taco, Klopfer, Snowball, Paris, Merlin, Mohina, Milo & Levi, checked out the Andalusi marble ablutions basin! Loki, Millo, Simona, Curtis, Samira; Sanjo, Yoddha & angel Max climbed to the roof & Maggie, Kelly, Cooper, Baco, Karubi, Sarami, Hop, Remy, Sui, Tan, Aru & angel Shadow rocked on the ancient chandelier!
We continued to Souk Semmarine, where we haggled expertly on silverware, exquisite handmade bags, ornate side tables, exquisite lanterns, jewellery & musical instruments for our pawrents!
We sent our loot to the Royal Mansour, & continued to the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech! We had enormous fun inspecting the original foundations, climbing the minaret, exploring the inside & climbing the trees in the charming garden!

The 16th century El Badi Palace was our next stop! Today, it is a massive open-air, red clay ruins, sunken orange gardens, large reflecting pools & nesting storks! Mimosa & I made friends with a stork! We then went to chill by the pools, relax under the orange groves, climb the trees, & sit high on the wall to watch the spectacular view!
We needed some nourishment, so we went to the luxurious Bacha Coffee! It has over 200 varieties of 100% Arabica coffee & very yummy treats!
We continued to The Secret Garden, a 16th-century palace, a serene, lush oasis. We had fun playing hide & seek, watching the view from the palace roof, chatting with the turtles & climbing up the exotic trees!
Our last stop was The Saadian Tombs, a 16th-century royal necropolis built to honour the sultan's ancestors! We marvelled at the grandness of the Royal Burial Hall, the garden symbolising the paradise garden, the glorious cedar ceilings & the colourful tiles!

By then we were very hungry so we went to Comptoir Darna, an iconic gourmet restaurant where we had the best supper ever & joinied in the belly dance show!

There’s a heat wave here in Rhode Island so Herbert & the gang took the day off & spent it exploring one of Rhode Island’s local beaches, East Matunuck State Beach! 🏖️

Bestie @sugarthehunter brought the beach vibes, @pepper_the_ragdoll_kitten claimed the best spot in the sand, @nataliehenryflamingo & @itsherbertthecat both served sunglasses chic, and @cyndir103 tested the water one paw at a time… 🐾

Happy Teusday to you all, furrbulous furriends!
We started 2nd day of Lorenzo's birthday adventure with a visit to Capitolio, the seat of the Cuban government & tallest building in Havana! Daneli, Jelly Bean & Shadow climbed on the Statue of the Republic, while Braemar, Finley, Tobin & Lady Marmar rested at its feet! Carlos, Skinny, Fred, Avocado, Leo Rain, Matteo, Neko, Mika & Snowball climbed on the furrbulous walls of the Hall of the lost steps! Taco, Klopfer, Paris, Milo, Levi, Merlin & Mahina took turns at giving the most entertaining speeches-at the National Assembly, & Loki, Milla, Bella, Bailey, Simona & Curtis checked out the scientific progres at the Ministry of Science, while Samira, Sanjo, Yoddha, Peaches, Lorenzo & I, admired the stunning 25-carat replica diamond embedded in the floor of the main hall, the starting point of Cuba's central highway!

On our way to The Museo de Bellas Artes, we stopped at Havana's Central Park to climb on the palm trees! When we got to the museum, we had lots of fun climbing on & examining all the different & wondrous works of art!

We continued to The Revolution Museum & had a good laugh at the "Corner of the Cretins," mocking those considered enemies of the revolution: Fulgencio Batista, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush & George W. Bush! We climbed on the statue of its heros, Fidel Castro, Raul Castro, & Che Guevara! & saw the Granma Memorial, the 13-meter yacht that transported Fidel Castro, Che Guevara & others from Mexico to Cuba in 1956.

Then, we went to the most meowgical place - Fusterlandia! A vibrant, whimsical place transformed by artist José Fuster with colourful mosaics. We had so much fun wandering the decorated streets! We especially loved the mermaid statue, the balconies of Fuster House & its chimney & the fountain garden!

We got hungry, so we went to have a delicious feast in the Marea restaurant, above the Marina Hemingway!

From there, we carried on to Club 1830 in Vedado, a historic oceanfront venue with open-air garden which we had so much fun exploring!

We then had a special.catnip inspired Cuba Libre at the bar, and salsa danced the night away!

Herbert hosted the coziest, sweetest brunch of the season…
