Well… the crazy idea really got out of the chat 😂

We somehow went from “wouldn’t it be cool if…” to actually organising a conference with people I had never met in person before.

And what an experience it was.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who brought their expertise, time, energy and ideas to the table. But even more grateful that somewhere along the way, the people I started this with became friends.

Having my besties there, meeting so many new faces and being surrounded by people who get just as excited about sports and creativity as I do made these two days really special.

I’m still processing it all, but one thing I know for sure: this wild journey is a core memory for life ❤️

...some summers stay with you forever ❤️

In February, I left behind my old life and started over from scratch, guided only by a fire burning in my soul. I leaned into curiosity, openness, and patience, letting the excitement in my gut drown out the fear. That energy pulled me closer and closer to my dreams. I journaled my wildest ambitions, and months later, I was living every single one of them. Not by luck, but by working harder than ever, believing in myself, and picking myself up week after week.

Sometimes what I wanted wasn’t what I needed, but those sidequests shaped me the most, helping me grow into someone better for myself and for my people. Over time, I became healthier and happier than I’ve ever been, in every way.

There were tough moments, of course. But the good I received was overwhelming, in the best way. Hearing "yes" more than "no" this season felt strange at first. Then I realized: I worked hard for this. I wanted this. And finally, I was seeing the answers to those late-night prayers.

I'm forever grateful for every single person who believed in me when nobody else did and fought for me in rooms where I wasn't in. You're the real MVPs.

This season was more than work. It was the media version of playing football with your best friends.
