CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🔑  When it comes to movement and your exercise routine, consistency is the key! It’s great to set yourself goals and resolutions for coming into the New Year, but it’s equally as important to COMMIT to your new goals and remain consistent for the year 👏 That’s where the magic happens! The strength of your muscles, the physical changes in your body, the better sleep and the clearer mind... it all comes from keep consistent with your exercise routine! 🤩 Committing to improving your body inside and out, even on those days when it’s hard to get out of bed at 6am, it’s cold and miserable outside, or when you’ve had a long and tiresome day at work 😴 Setting time in your schedule each week to commit to (ideally) 3 classes a week! Pop it into your calendar like any other appointment or commitment. Progress isn’t always linear, it takes time and consistency to your movement! If you keep showing up for yourself, day after day, week after week, you’ll reap all of those benefits of healthy body and healthy mind in time 💪 Check out our membership options to help keep yourself accountable! We have options for 2 classes, 3 classes or unlimited classes a week as well as a variety of class packs available! Head to the link in our bio to find out more and get booking 😄 #pilateshaus #pilatesreformer #pilatesstudio #pilateswarilla #reformerpilates #pilatesforposture #pilateslove #pilatesworkout #pilateslife #pilatesteacher #pilatesreformer #matpilates #pilatesinstructor #pilatesbody #reformerpilates #pilatesstudio

TIPS FOR BEGINNERS AND YOUR FIRST CLASS 🤩 Yay you've booked into your first class! Congratulations! 🎉 If you're maybe feeling a little nervous, or unsure how to prepare for your first Reformer Pilates class, don't fret! We've got you covered 😉 Here's a few tips and tricks for your first class: ➡️ When you come along to your first class, arrive about 10 minutes early. This gives you enough time to get familiar with the studio and the reformer and chat with your instructor 😃 ➡️ Make sure you bring a bottle of water, towel or reformer mat and a pair of socks (grippy socks are amazing!) ✔️ ➡️ Don’t compare to others 😊 the person of the reformer next to you may be quite experienced, so just take the class at your own pace and choosing the options that you feel comfortable with ➡️ Listen to your body 🏃‍♀️ take layers of exercises that feel right for your body, and always take breaks if and when you need to ➡️ Ask questions! Your lovely instructor is there to guide you through movement, and to make sure you feel amazing (and burn-y 😉). If you're unsure if you are doing an exercise correctly, or didn't hear the spring options please shout out to your instructor. If your technique needs a little adjustment, we will always come over and help you out and listen to the verbal cues. If we don’t come over to you, don’t worry you are doing A-ok 👌🏼 ➡️ Most importantly... Have fun! Pilates is such a fun form of movement to challenge your stability, coordination and flexibility so keep smiling throughout your class, sing along to the music and enjoy it! 🎉 We can't wait to see you in your first class! 👏 Our intro offer is a great way to give Pilates a go! 5 classes for $55! 🤯 head to the link in our bio to purchase and book x @pilateshaus_ #pilateshaus #pilatesreformer #pilatesstudio #pilateswarilla #reformerpilates #pilatesforposture #pilateslove #pilatesworkout #pilateslife #pilatesteacher #pilatesreformer #matpilates #pilatesinstructor #pilatesbody #reformerpilates #pilatesstudio
