Another beautiful week is almost coming to an end! 🌅
It’s been a busy week filled with exciting projects, so I wanted to share this photo from a couple of weeks ago, taken in the beautiful Mauna Lani area. The sunset perfectly highlighted the beauty, tranquility, and peaceful atmosphere of this special place. I had so much fun creating a life style video for this property, I ll share soon 🔥💣.

This property located in the secluded Makalei Estates, is surrounded by acres of lush tropical vegetation. Its thoughtfully designed architecture creates an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive, while breathtaking panoramic views of the Kona coastline provide the perfect backdrop for an exceptional island lifestyle.

This estate was a tricky one to capture. The weather wasn’t on our side, and I had to stop and restart the shoot several times—but it was absolutely worth it.

A gorgeous estate located in Makalai Estates in Kona, surrounded by endless views and incredible scenery. What I loved most was the beautiful Asian art around the house and outdoor, I wanted to connect those details throughout the video to tell the story of the property.

Sometimes the most challenging shoots create the most rewarding results.
Well done to @pennhendersonrealtor
And @kris.hazard representing the buyers.

Showcasing a property from a unique perspective. A beautiful pond facing the living room, creating a seamless connection between architecture, water, and the surrounding landscape. A truly special feature of this incredible luxury home.

“Life style video”

A great real estate video doesn’t start when I press RECORD. 🎥

Some projects require serious planning—drone authorizations, flight paths, community restrictions, timing, and deciding exactly how to connect the property with everything around it.

Especially with luxury and vacation properties, you’re not just selling the house. You’re selling the lifestyle—the coastline, beaches, golf, resort amenities, and experiences that make the location special.

Planning every shot and every location ahead of time makes the production smoother and helps tell a much stronger story.

Great real estate media starts long before the camera starts rolling.

A conversation with the Mauna Kea Resort manager about filming the coastline turned into the perfect opportunity to test the 6x zoom lens on my biggest drone!
The level of detail is absolutely incredible, capturing the beauty of Hawaiʻi’s coastline from a whole new perspective.
