The girls are getting stronger.

Project Glute Camp is about more than the workout. It’s good energy, real effort, and women pushing themselves together.

We’re back this Saturday at @stronghousefitness

It's been a year since my adventure to Charleston to see the legendary, Jazzmeia Horn. 😍

There can only ever be one night like that night, but I'm using the sights, sounds, and smells as inspiration for future artist dates.

Stay tuned for more 2026 Artist Date recaps!

Creativity can't thrive in a chaotic mind.

Let's protect our imaginations with what we watch and listen to. Most importantly, let's be open to fun this weekend creatives!

Brainstorming sessions are always more productive after some much needed laughs. 💜

The cost of playing small may be that your work never reaches your TRUE COMMUNITY.

Each time you stand firm in your unique POV, you get closer to reaching your people.

Have the courage to advocate for your story. 🗣️📢❗

Started Chapter 1 of the Artist's Way this week & this quote jumped out at me.

In the Truth about Becoming Issa Rae, we learn that Issa released her work as a complete beginner-- broke, experimenting, and uncertain.

There wasn't time to pretend like she had it all together. She spent that energy writing, directing, reaching out to friends for help, editing, marketing her show, and the list goes on.

This week let's focus on accomplishing something that will take us to the next level instead of posting about getting to the next level. 💜✨

Comment down below what quotes stood out to you from Chapter 1!

Embrace the quirks.

They could be the inspiration for your creative brainchild. ✨

The "Quiet Season" is often a tough time for creatives.

Nothing's finished.
So there isn't that much to talk about on Instagram or Tik Tok.

When people ask you what's next, you know they don't mean the half finished screenplay or the first draft of your novel.

But what if Becoming Her could rewind the timelines of creative multi hyphenates like Issa Rae to uncover the experiences that helped them navigate the "Quiet Seasons" that ultimately changed their lives?

If you're a creative and it's really quiet right now, stay tuned for The Truth about Becoming Issa Rae for the story within the story.
