I remember the moment so well when I was sitting on the forest floor, sun shining through the leaves, beautiful humans being submerged in deep meditation, when I felt this very pure sense of happiness rippling through me - that I get to do this work, gathering people and taking them on a journey into themselves, into their bodies and ecosystems and into the feeling of interconnectedness - within and around us 🙏🏻🌿

What a wonderful weekend at @evolve_festival full of mind-bending talks, beautiful sunset & fire-side kirtans, creative play and an ecstatic dance that made me leave the boundaries of our reality for a while 😌

Love (& community) will always be the answer 🤍

Garbicz is a gathering where music, art, nature, food, and culture come together in a space designed for connection and exploration.

Being there, observing, cooking, tasting, and sharing alongside other chefs and creators became an invitation to look at gastronomy from new perspectives.

This is a little piece of what inspired us: the ideas, the encounters, the flavors, the play, and the many ways food can become a language for connection.

Sharing what we experienced through the lens of PURA — and the things that continue to inspire the way we create, cook, and understand conscious eating.

viajo pra fora pra mergulhar pra dentro.

Hot sauce found hot sauce 🌶️🌶️
These two creative, talented, wonderful people who I am so lucky to call my friends tied the knot and every detail was made with so much love and intention. @keeganluttrell handcrafted all the vases and candleholders. She even branded each piece with “sauce.”This is probably why we’re friends lol

Thank you for letting me be part of such a special weekend! 🥹
