We have the most talented friends, who randomly drew this incredible sketch of Frodo. We had the perfect nail in the wall above the coats for it to hang!

When in Rome… ! 🇮🇹

Such a lovely weekend with Simon We’ve seen the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain… basically walked our legs off and rewarded ourselves with carbs! 🤣 @simonleong1978

The best way to start the day. 🌅🧘‍♂️ An early morning yoga session on the beach in Albufeira with Mum and Simon, surrounded by the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sunrise. Grateful for these peaceful moments, great company, and memories that will last a lifetime. 💙☀️ #BeachYoga #Albufeira #MorningVibes #FamilyTime #grateful

Right here… is where the energy shifts.

The bar fades into the background.
The room leans in.
And every eye is on this.

A perfectly timed pour.
Champagne cascading through every glass.
Laughter, applause, cameras out.

This isn’t just a feature — it’s a focal point.

For couples who want more than a wedding…
They want a moment.

Spreading the Love on the Dance Floor 💖
Valentine’s Testimonials from Zumba with Paul

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about chocolates and roses — it’s about connection, joy, and sharing the love. And this year, the love has been pouring in from the dance floor at Zumba with Paul.

Over the past few weeks, our amazing dancers have been sharing little Valentine’s testimonials about what the class means to them. From first-timers finding their confidence to regulars calling it the highlight of their week, the message is clear: this class is more than a workout — it’s a community.

People have said they forget they’re even exercising because they’re having so much fun. Others talk about the energy in the room, the music that lifts you up, and the friendly faces that keep them coming back week after week. Some say they’ve tried other fitness classes before, but nothing compares to the atmosphere, the routines, and the welcoming vibe of our Zumba family.

Valentine’s is the perfect time to celebrate all of that. It’s about loving movement, loving music, and loving the feeling of walking out of class sweaty, smiling, and buzzing with energy. Whether you come for the cardio, the choreography, or the chance to dance your socks off, there’s a place for everyone on the floor.

So this Valentine’s season, we’re spreading the love one routine at a time.
If you’ve been thinking about joining, take it as your sign. Come along, feel the energy, and see why so many people are sharing the love about Zumba with Paul.

Because the best kind of love?
The kind that gets you dancing. 💃 #zumba #zumbawithpaul
