It’s always nice to get a bit of press in actual print form rather than just online, so big thanks to the good people at @bathlifemag & @the.nearfield for the editorial coverage this month.

Both issues are out now 📚

Last weekend a dream became true and I hosted my very first breath work retreat. I did it. And it was good. Sooo good.

This group of incredible men came together to learn how to harness the power of their breath to change the way they feel and think.

They came with an open mind and were curious. They shared, they listened and they learned from each other.

They got into cold water and saunas, they used their breath to explore their minds, they immersed themselves in nature, they disconnected from everyday life, and they had fun. And some great food!

Massive thank you to you all. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️

Can’t wait for the next one.

“Circus was a gleeful rebellion against what was happening elsewhere in the publishing world. We wanted to make each issue a keepsake, something beautiful to hold, and reread. We filled it with people doing brilliant things in the south-west...” - @emilycharlottepayne 🙌 Read the full statement on the website!

Can you spot any familiar faces from our Launch Party last week?

A wonderful evening showcasing our new space (which is available for private hire btw) and catching up with old and new friends.

Thank you to all who made it out on a very wet and windy evening!

The next phase of Dream Space 🙏

Posted @withregram • @the_dream_space

NEW Dream Space offering coming soon ✨

In the Autumn lockdown last year, Dream Space was hatched to give citizens of Bath a space to listen, share and dream together.

Through poetry, spoken word, songs, ramblings and reflections, over one hundred people came together, revealing the lived realities of Covid-19, the climate crisis and racism here in Bath. We explored our challenges, our fears and surfaced our hopes and dreams for creating a brighter future for our city’s people and our planet.

Since then, the Dream Space crew has been creating an online exhibition - a series of short films, audio podcast episodes and a stories gallery, to give everyone in our city an opportunity to explore all of the amazing stories shared with us, and our storytellers a chance to be heard right across Bath.

Before we launch in a few weeks, we wanted to give you a sneak peek...so keep an eye on our Insta this coming Monday for a special preview 🎬
