Straight back from 1988.
Probably one of the best Jordans of all time.
Six years after the last release, the AIR JORDAN 3 BLACK CEMENT is back!
Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it in 2018, so this time it was definitely a must-cop for me. I've seen several complaints around here on Instagram, but I personally consider myself quite lucky because this pair doesn't have any particular defects and the leather of the upper is really soft. Personally I think it has become one of the most excessively criticized and snubbed Jordan releases of recent years. In fact I very easily copped them on the day of release on the @sneakers76 website.
Let me know what you think in the comments below.⬇️

AIR JORDAN: ART ON CLOTHING.
With these shots I want to pay homage to what for me is one of the most underrated sportswear and streetwear collections of recent years. Perhaps it couldn't have been otherwise, given that it is dedicated to the shoe from the most underrated Jordan line ever: the Air Jordan 2.
I really like the work created by @jacob_rochester ,a multifaceted artist from Bloomfield, Connecticut, for this "Jordan Artist Series" : a work that, starting from the shoe, enhances it by making us feel strong "80's vibes", through some images of MJ and period details, taking us back to that 1987. An outfit that I think I will still rock very often in the future...

"THEY GAVE HIM A FIFTY! THEY GAVE JORDAN A FIFTY! HE DEFENDS HIS CHAMPIONSHIP!"
SWIPE ⬅️
.
36 years ago today the man from North Carolina won his second consecutive title in the Slam Dunk Contest, which in that edition was played in the old Chicago Stadium, beating "The Human Highlight Film", Dominique Wilkins, in the final, repeating the dunk "from the free throw line", which he already did the previous year. That day he was wearing these sneakers, the Air Jordan 3 White Cement. 36 years later those images of a man who seems to fly are still imprinted in the mind of every basketball fan. He's still flying...✈️🛫🚀🤩🏀❤️

It's been a tough, bittersweet year for me. Things have happened to me in the last few months that have made me greatly change my scale of priorities, certain perspectives and points of view on my life. Therefore I had to and wanted to put my old passion for basketball sneakers and Air Jordans in particular on hold for a bit.
However, I cannot end this year without celebrating an anniversary so dear to us sneakerheads. Yes, because on February 6, 35 years ago, His Airness took flight from the free throw line to win his second consecutive Slam Dunk Contest, against Dominique Wilkins, right at the Chicago Stadium. One of the most iconic and memorable snapshots, moments in the incredible career of the greatest player of all time.
Obviously that day he was wearing these legendary shoes: the Air Jordan 3 "White Cement", released this year in the "Reimagined" version, with slightly "vintage" and "used" details, but really very faithful to the originals of 35 Years ago. 👟💎🏀🛫🔥
