“Lead With Love, Cause Favor Ain’t Fair” One thing I learned today was correcting young teenagers with love takes away the assumption that they are wrong. Kids don’t want to publicly fail (embarrassment) or even let an adult down ( seeking validation). Parents coaches teachers authority figures know it’s okay to challenge them to be THINKERS and motivate them to be DOERS. Please don’t remove the task because it may frustrate or because you don’t want to deal with their attitude (emotions) have them learn to adjust. Through adversity you can learn a lot about your character. Your character can open doors that your physical attributes may limit. WEUP #choiceschangechances #love #WeUpAthleticGroup #weup
