Different sized plates, steady pace, and working transitions across the rack. That little plate will humble you real quick 😂 Usually takes a follow-up shot for me until I get better at picking it up clean. The goal is keeping the gun flat, staying aggressive with the transitions, and letting that dot get to the target as quickly as possible. No wasted movement. No rushing. Just smooth, controlled reps. Stay forward. Go train. ♠️

DMR Journey | Part II Sometimes the biggest upgrade isn't buying another part... It's paying attention to what the rifle is telling you. After shooting my SPR match with the 16" Ballistic Advantage upper, I came away with one big question. Was I leaving velocity on the table because of the shorter barrel... or was it simply the ammo? There's only one way to find out. Collect data. From day one, my goal was to build a complete @SOLGW Broadsword L89 SPR. Unfortunately, everything was on backorder, so I settled for a stripped Broadsword lower and built the rifle around it while I waited. Months later, after searching what felt like the entire internet, @simplemanarmory came through with exactly what I'd been hunting a brand-new, unfired SOLGW Broadsword L89A ARCA Precision Upper. Yeah... I could've just bought an 18" barrel. But that wasn't the vision. I wanted the complete factory Broadsword upper to match my Broadsword lower exactly the way SOLGW designed it. Upper Specs: • 18" .223 Wylde SPR Precision Barrel • 5/8×24 muzzle threads • 16.75" L89A ARCA Handguard • SOLGW Broadsword Stripes Upper Receiver • SOLGW Stripes Forward Assist • SOLGW .750 Gas Block This weekend the real testing begins. I'll be comparing my 16" Ballistic Advantage against the new 18" SOLGW using three different loads: • Hornady Match .223 73gr ELD Match • Golden Munitions "Good Boy" 77gr SMK NAS3 • Black Arc Munitions MK262 Alpha 77gr SMK NAS3 The goal? ✔️ Velocity ✔️ SD / ES ✔️ Accuracy ✔️ DOPE ✔️ Match performance I'm hoping to see that extra barrel length push me into the 2,800–2,900 FPS range while tightening things up at distance. We'll find out soon enough. Because here's the thing... Instagram loves opinions. The chronograph doesn't care about opinions. It only tells the truth. Follow along as I document this DMR journey the good, the bad, and the expensive. 😂 #GroupSizeMatters

Huge shoutout the team @exigentdefense for delivering on what is my first dealer order but surely not my last. I can’t wait to test out the Fireteam556. Also, a huge thank you to my guy @simplemanarmory for putting me in the loop and networking without hesitation.
