🏖️ A beach towel AND a cover-up? That’s smart innovation!

We teamed up with The Grommet to feature Simple Sarongs on FOX13 Tampa Bay — the mom-invented 2-in-1 beach essential designed to make summer days easier, more comfortable, and more convenient. Just wrap, button, and go!

Thanks to President of the UIA Carmine Denisco, and the FOX Tampa Bay team for helping spotlight amazing inventor-created products like this one.

A few SoCal vacation looks. Rented some from @nuuly so I didn’t go crazy buying a bunch of outfits I’d never wear again. Plus I wore a skort for the first time in 30 years.

If we’ve been friends for awhile and you didn’t know that I own @simplesarongs -hello! Welcome!
If you did know but you haven’t purchased one yet, get out your wallet and do some shopping this holiday season. Don’t worry-the big guys don’t need more of your money. Your good friend Ashley here would like the support of her small business instead.
Need a reason or idea to buy a Simple Sarong this year?
-It’s a patented, custom-designed beach towel turn cover-up. There’s nothing else like this in the world.
-I own 100% of the business, run all aspects and pack and ship out of my house. Isn’t it fun to say ‘that’s my friend’s company!’
-it’s so useful and of such high quality that it’s been featured in Oprah Magazine, Cosmo, on The View, GMA and more
-who is this for? Your aunt, wife, mom, sister, neice, kid, YOU!
-why do you need it? It gives you extra coverage at the beach and pool, you pack less in your beach bag, and it prevents sandy crotch!
-what’s the discount? Buy 1, get 1 50% off. Buy 2, get 1 FREE!

I made a promise to myself a decade ago that I would support fundraisers, businesses and events that my friends have. Even people I haven’t seen since elementary school. It takes a lot of community to grow. Consider joining me in this promise and support @simplesarongs this season!

Owning a beach towel company + living in California = an excuse to go to the beach feels way easier to make. In the last 2 years since buying @simplesarongs, we’ve explored way more beaches, public pools and lakes than I did the previous 10 years since living in the Bay Area. It’s so fun and so awesome to be a family, watching my kids play in the sand, and be comfortable getting in my suit in ‘Bay Area weather’ to jump in the water!

Is it weird that my friends and family almost exclusively buy the Key Largo pattern of @simplesarongs? 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️😍.
