Tonight was the BMW McKinney Fun Run, and Rachelle and I took it head on!

I kept it nice and simple tonight. One lap, 1.5 miles, claimed my shirt, and that was THAT! Sometimes you just show up, get your miles in, and enjoy the moment!

But tonight’s miles meant a little more.

I’m dedicating this run to my friend, Sister Keisha, who is preparing to begin chemotherapy tomorrow. Sis, as you prepare for this next chapter, know that you are loved, covered in prayer, and surrounded by people who are standing with you every step of the way.

Love ya, Sister Keisha! We’re believing God for strength, healing, and restoration. One day at a time, one step at a time. We got you!

Community looks good on us. 🤍 Last night was all white, good vibes & even better people. Got a chance to step outside of the training, meetings, planning and miles and simply enjoy time with some of my amazing teammates and community.

I’ve been thinking… community isn’t only about who shows up when there’s work to do. It’s also about having people you can work with & do life with.

Last night we laughed, connected, celebrated and VIBED. And yes… we cleaned up pretty well too.

Grateful for the people this journey continues to bring into my life. Good people & good moments. Both matter.

HOT TROT 10K Today I wasn’t focused on chasing a time. I focused on my pace, staying controlled, and running my race. The goal was simple, stay consistent and finish strong.

And we got it done in UNDER ONE HOUR! The energy was great, the community showed up, and it was just a good day to run. Another 10K in the books and another reminder that the work is paying off.

Pace. Patience. Progress.

Today was next level. A Saturday morning run turned into one of those experiences that reminds me why I love this community. New faces, familiar faces, miles, laughter, and moments that you can’t plan for.

Sometimes you don’t realize you’re making memories until you stop long enough to look back.

Grateful for every person who showed up, every conversation along the route, and every opportunity to represent Run It Up! Dallas. Let’s keep building something bigger than running.

Eyes forward. The best is still ahead.
