in all honesty, this might’ve been the most difficult thing i’ve done… the months of training, the discipline, the pain, the overall mental and physical test of the marathon that drives me crazy —— and i love it. 😌

i worked so hard to reach my goal of sub 4 this year.. and i honestly didn’t know if i could do it, but as soon as my feet hit that rainy course i flipped the mental switch in my head and believed in myself. thats when it changed! i did 3:57! i beat my time last year (4:29) by a landslide and im really proud of sticking to my plan. i love the marathon because it is just like anything in life, if you learn from your mistakes, set a goal, believe in yourself and stick to it YOU CAN DO IT!

im beyond grateful for all the support from friends and family. and most importantly grateful for this beautiful island i am lucky to call my home 🏝️🌺☺️☀️
