Last night some of my writing group friends and I got together for a PowerPoint night as a belated birthday celebration for myself! Presentations included a ranking of fantasy metals in terms of toughness, a collection of random hot takes, a celebrity women game show, how to make up fake smart-sounding words quickly, and a hunger-games-esque battle royale of romance novel protagonists. And many many more!

At one friend's request, I did a brief explanation of what the different color rings do in Green Lantern comics, which I did while also ranking which color would serve you best in the bedroom. That same friend pranked me by then doing his own presentation on which color ring each of us would have, which by implication means I had accidentally assigned everyone a worst-best rank in bed lol.

I love these people and I'm so glad I joined the writing group. Can't wait to host a meeting next week!

Also thank you @lauren_mesley for the great pics!

One day more until the next installment of Screaming, Crying, Throwing Up: A Fangirl Sketch Show! (This one's about shipping, cause we're fangirls. We love shipping!) There's still time to grab your tickets!

Will Alyssa talk about Ewan McGregor for the 20th time? Will Cahlia stop crying over Les Mis fanfic? Will we give Scott, our male cast member, a break? Come find out this Saturday!
