There’s something really tender about looking around a room filled with candlelight, movement, and community and realizing that an idea you once held quietly in your heart is slowly becoming real. 🤎🕯️

This recent Shanti Soul Session felt extra special and not because it was perfect, but because it was intentional. Every detail, every breath, every pause is thoughtfully crafted to help people feel held, grounded, and cared for long after class ends.
