Pistachio Chocolates

Ingredients

* ½ cup pistachio cream
* 1 tbsp tahini
* 1½ cups shredded kataifi/phyllo dough
* 3 tbsp unsalted butter
* 16 oz milk chocolate, melted
* ⅛ tsp salt

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate: Melt half of the milk chocolate until smooth.
2. Make the chocolate shell: Pour the melted chocolate into a chocolate mold. Then chill until firm. On low heat.
3. Cook the kataifi: Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the shredded kataifi and cook until golden and crispy, about 5–8 minutes.
4. Make the pistachio filling: Mix the crispy kataifi with the pistachio cream, tahini, and salt.
5. Fill the mold: Spread the pistachio mixture over the hardened chocolate, leaving a small border around the edges.
6. Add the top: Melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over the filling. Smooth it out with a spatula.
7. Chill: Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until completely firm.
8. Remove & enjoy! Carefully take the half sphere out of the mold.

Makes: 20-24 half sphere
Prep: 20 min | Chill: 2 hours | Total: 2 hr 20 min

Sweet C mandarins don't just taste great on their own – they blend beautifully too.

This Sweet C Mandarin & Banana Smoothie is packed with juicy goodness, creamy texture, and a burst of feel-good flavour in every sip. It’s fresh, simple, and a reminder that the best things happen when good things come together. 🍊🍌

Here’s how to make it:

- 1 ripe banana (sliced and frozen)
- 5 Sweet C mandarins (peeled and frozen)
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup ice
- Blend it all together until smooth – and enjoy a moment of sweet, citrusy joy! 😋
