Quick gym-to-park grind today!
Started with heavy trap bar deadlifts, pull-ups, some fast hamstring work, and landmine exercises. Then we took it outside and hit sprints in the park—strength, speed, fire. 🔥💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️

Started the day with spin to fire up the legs…
Finished with a back battle on the ropes to leave it all on the floor. 🔥
No shortcuts. No excuses. Just work.

Want to thank all my family, friends and supporters who donated to this cause at the last minute. Your donations not only help these women but also assisted in impacting their families as well. This past trip Nigeria we had a mission to impact lives. We wanted to help pay the tuitions of children who their parents were able to pay but it turned in a bigger mission with a greater purpose. Which I have decided to do a scholarship fund annually to help.

This past trip Nigeria we had a mission to impact lives. We embarked on a mission help women who were widows and needs assistance in support their family. Through the help of a family member we were able to find 6 women who needed assistance.
- Helping Enrolling their kids back into school and paying the tuition for the whole year.

This was our last food drive back in December 2024.
Over 60 meals were prepped and packaged for the homeless.
We visited the homeless shelter off of New York Ave in Washington DC.

I’m trying to have fun in the gym and @simplyndu_ said I was too clumsy, so I’ve got to do it while he’s distracted at the bar. Of course he had to show off after the workout was complete. #legday
