You don’t need more confidence. You need to stop trying to do everything yourself.

Today was content shoot day at FLOE, & honestly, it reminded me why investing in your business matters.

As beauty business owners, we spend so much time being the business owner, the practitioner, the admin, the marketer, the receptionist - & then somehow we’re also expected to become photographers, videographers, editors & content strategists too.

You don’t have to be good at everything.

And this isn’t me saying I suddenly feel completely confident in front of the camera, because I don’t.

A couple of years ago, I lost a lot of my confidence. It’s slowly coming back, but I’m not as naturally comfortable on camera as I once was.

And that’s exactly why having the right person behind the camera makes such a difference.

My content creator knows how to make me feel at ease. She gives direction when I need it, knows what looks good, captures the moments I wouldn’t think to capture myself and, most importantly, takes away the pressure of ‘what am I supposed to do now?’

That’s the real return on investing in your business.

It’s not just the photos.

It’s having someone with the skills you don’t have, taking something off your plate, helping you show up professionally and creating content that allows your audience to actually see your business, your personality and what you offer.

Because your clients can’t buy what they can’t see.

And sometimes the best investment you can make in your business isn’t another course, another treatment or another piece of equipment.

It’s investing in the things that help you show your business at its absolute best 🤍

Hi, I’m Niamh, the face behind ByNiamh.

I’m 24 years old and have been creating beautiful lashes for just under 2 years. What started as something while I’m figuring out what to do quickly became something I genuinely love, and I’m so grateful to do what I do.

I work alongside the lovely Kenzi in a welcoming salon based in Wellingborough, where I specialise in:

Coming back from maternity needs a new get to know me🫶🏼
ALOT has changed since my last one of these😂

Hi I’m Neave! I started my business is 2019 as a little side job whilst at Uni. I fell pregnant with my little Ayla so I left uni and pursued my job in lashes🫶🏼 since then I’ve gotten engaged and I’m getting married next year and I’ve now also got a little boy🩵
I qualified in SPMU last year but never got round to starting as I then went on maternity! So watch out for these next couple of weeks😉
I love nothing more than a good gossip with clients and a good laugh! I love watching Series so we can all then talk about them and I’m obsessed with eastenders😂 I could talk your ears off all day long at appointments!!
I change my mind about anything and everything 24/7 and probably have a new business idea every week😂 my life is hectic and crazy but who likes boring? I wouldn’t have it any other way💕✨
