The duties of an instructor are neither few nor small but they elevate the mind and give energy to the diver.

High school teacher turned full-time freedive instructor serving waves, splashes, bubbles, and good vibes.

Choosing an instructor is one of the most important decisions in your freediving journey. Someone that is truly invested in your growth and believes in you. Most importantly, someone who teaches with a passion.

Learning new equalization skills, breaking personal records, becoming more comfortable at depth and breath holding are skills EVERYONE can learn. However, it takes true reflection for a diver to decide that they want to become better for themselves. Self awareness, gratitude, skills development, mental toughness, humility, and community are the reasons why I love to teach freediving.

YOU have always had the power to achieve your goals, you just needed a little guidance to find the way.
