A Claire Christmas is 9 weeks away and we want you to know all what it is about!

In 9 weeks, we hope to reach out to 1200 children from violence affected areas in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area. We hope to share the Christmas story, give the children a Christmas glowup (haircuts and hair dressing), give them food, play with them in a pledged way, give out clothes, attend to their health needs and give out personal hygiene effect packs.

Day 20 …ooopps we missed Day 19 , there’s a story, literal story and will share before the end of this challenge, now to day 20.

Today, I’m grateful for seasons that shape me and people that sharpen me.

This year at Daystar Academy, I journeyed from 100 Level to 300 Level, and every stage added a new layer to my growth.

In 300 Level, I was trusted with leadership and voted Class President, an experience that was both humbling and fulfilling.

Working with brilliant minds, learning through collaboration, and serving alongside purpose-driven people reminded me why clarity matters.

I had discovered my purpose before, but during 300 Level, it became clearer, louder, and more intentional.

Our group won the presentation, and I was honored with an award but beyond the wins, the real gift was the growth, the lessons, the people, and the alignment.

It was a beautiful season.
A defining one.
And I’m deeply grateful.

Guess what? I got interviewed by a filmmaker who spotted my natural hair at an event! 🤭

I was so happy to share how much I love keeping my natural hair healthy and alive.

What makes this even funnier is that the interview happened right when my hair was “breathing” (not tucked away in cornrows, as is usually the case! 😂).
