A little change behind the counter. A little more Canadian in every cup!

We’re excited to be transitioning our flavoured syrups to SIMPS Modern Beverage, a Canadian-owned company making its syrups right here in Canada.

We already make many of our syrups and drink bases in-house, and that isn’t changing. For the flavours we don’t make ourselves, we’ll be making the switch to SIMPS.

As a Canadian business ourselves, we’ve been looking for more opportunities to choose Canadian-made products wherever we can. This switch is one more step in that direction, without changing the drinks you know and love.

You’ll start seeing SIMPS syrups behind our counters as we make the transition.

Same Sweet North favourites, now with a little more Canada in every cup!

Look, I don’t know what happened at @okcoffeefest . I had like 23 tiny cups of coffee and blacked out but I walked out with some new beans (@craft42roasters to add to my @urlacoffee & @anarchycoffeeroasters collection I have at home), a SHOCKINGLY good instant from @hastycoffeecompany , and some @simpsmb syrups for my coffee bar. (And a bunch of baked goods because apple and pumpkin are my downfall. Looking at you: @chompcookiesca & @asweetromance ). Plus a tea scented candle from @companylitcandle that smells amazing.
