I love Hong Kong style BBQ and @tho_tuongbbq blends a style of Vietnamese and Hong Kong techniques that are exceptional. @simssipsnsavours met up with me for lunch down in Tacoma and I’ve been wanting to go here for awhile. We both got the Steamed Rice Combo Lunch Box with Roast Duck, Roasted Pork and BBQ Pork. All the meats were so juicy with the perfect amount of fat. I just love when Asian BBQ is done perfectly. They also have a location in South Lake Union that just recently opened this year and I cant wait to go back to try their noodles and other dishes. Alright hockey fans, @seattlethunderbirds season starts Saturday at the @accessoshowarecenter and they have an awesome food lineup for you this season. Executive Chef Yim Chism is smoking meats in the arena every hockey game and you can get Smoked Turkey Legs, Pulled Pork Nachos, Brisket Sandwiches and my favorite, Burnt Ends with Apple Coleslaw and Cornbread. You’re also going to get Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizzas and Bacon Grilled Cheese Panini with Tomato Soup on the cold days. There is so much to eat than just a Hot Dog at the Showare Center. I’ve been going to T-Birds games when I was a kid in the 80’s and it’s so awesome to see the tradition live on in Kent.
