30 days ago I made a decision, and looking back, it’s easily one of the best ones I’ve made this year. It hasn’t been easy. Some days my legs didn’t want to cooperate, some mornings my mind gave me a hundred reasons to skip it. But hard doesn’t mean bad. Hard means you’re building something worth having.

And what a month it’s been. From struggling through the first few kilometers to hitting a new personal best of 12.22 K, the growth hasn’t just been physical. Running has taught me patience. It’s taught me to show up even when I don’t feel like it. It’s taught me that consistency isn’t glamorous, but it’s everything.

Some days were about pushing pace. Other days were just about finishing. Every single one of them mattered.

This is just the beginning. If one month feels this good, I can’t wait to see what the next one, and the one after that, has in store.

Here’s to showing up. Here’s to the process. Here’s to becoming someone I’m proud of, one run at a time.

Got the opportunity to participate in Asia’s toughest obstacle race — DEVIL CIRCUIT @devilscircuit and what an experience it was!
A day full of excitement, madness, failures, achievements, injuries, and everything in between. The only goal was simple — never give up and keep moving forward.
And that final obstacle — Brain Freeze — truly lives up to its name. It literally freezes your brain 🥶
Missed completing a few obstacles this time, but this is just the beginning. I’m coming back stronger, ready to conquer every single one of them.
