The undisputed inaugural Bad N’ Mean’s Eye of Odin Medalist is none other than Simi “The Goat” Sasagi, who stormed home to claim the crown by a whopping 17-point margin!

Despite featuring in just 16 games, Sasagi established himself as one of the NRL’s most ferocious centres, playing with his heart on his sleeve and leaving absolutely nothing out on the field.

Sasagi heroically played through a shoulder injury from Round 10 onwards and with a staggering 7 MVP awards to his name, Sasagi was in a league of his own. The votes speak for themselves! when the All-Father calls, there is only one worthy of the throne.

All hail Simi Sasagi, the first-ever Eye of Odin Medalist! 👁️⚔️

2026 Raiders NRL Club Champion: Simi Sasagi!

In his first full season at centre, despite only playing ⅔ of games, Sasagi has claimed Canberra's MVP award, finishing just 1 point above 2024 winner Hudson Young. He showed incredible resilience this season, fighting through multiple injuries even after the club fell out of finals contention 💪

Warriors co-captain James Fisher-Harris has been named the club’s 2026 Simon Mannering Medallist, winning the prestigious award for the first time. The 31-year-old capped an outstanding season by reinforcing his status as one of rugby league’s premier forwards, following fellow front-rower Mitchell Barnett as the club’s latest winner.

Hamish Stewart has become the youngest male player in Dragons history to win the Dragons Medal, capping a remarkable rise for the 22-year-old. The Gerringong junior and Dragons Academy graduate was one of only two players to feature in every match this season, scoring five tries and nine try assists — the most by a non-hooking forward in the competition. Stewart also led the competition with 996 tackles, while averaging 94 metres and recording 18 offloads.

Cowboys co-captain Reuben Cotter has been named North Queensland’s 2026 Paul Bowman Medallist, claiming his first Player of the Year award in his eighth season at the club. Cotter played 22 of 25 games, averaging 66 minutes and finishing ninth in the NRL with 876 tackles at 91% efficiency. Cotter polled 22 votes, finishing three ahead of centre Tom Chester (19), with Scott Drinkwater third on 18.

Simi Sasagi has claimed the Meninga Medal after polling a team-high 26 votes across the season. The edge forward/centre produced an outstanding campaign, earning seven Man of the Match performances despite playing just 16 of a possible 24 matches. Four-time winner and Raiders captain Joe Tapine finished second with 24 votes, while rookie halfback Ethan Sanders placed third on 14.

Alex Twal has claimed his first Kelly-Barnes Medal as the Wests Tigers’ Best and Fairest for 2026, following a standout 10th NRL season with the club. The 30-year-old played 16 matches at lock, taking his Tigers tally to 181 games while contributing 1,881 running metres, 35 tackle breaks and 29 offloads. Twal was equally impressive defensively, making 671 tackles at 96% efficiency, including a remarkable 62-tackle performance against Cronulla. #NRL #PlayerOfTheSeason #UpTheWahs #RedV #RidemCowboys #WeAreRaiders #ShowYourStripes @nrl @nzwarriors @nrl_dragons @nqcowboys @raiderscanberra @nrl_weststigers
