In honor of National Tattoo Day #nationaltattooday

Half back and Right arm(almost). It was done around 2013 and into 2014 almost 10 years! My last piece of that series was added in 2015. The last was an armpit piece.

I’m ready for a new series🦋

“The circles”
…to be continued

“the dream”
…coming soon

Maybe one day I’ll do a blog series of reasons for my tattoos! It could really probably be a book! Would you like to read it?

I believe no piece of art should design your body without meanings! It’s all super deep to me!

How many tattoos do you have? Mine is hours and not sure how many hours stopped counting at like 23 hours.
When was your last tattoo?

Today is Juneteenth

Tavi my brown babe know you have a voice! Always speak up for what is right. Always advocate from your spirit! Never stop fighting for justice!

This day to me means my brown girl has a voice and it will be heard! I will raise her with the knowledge of past history. I will guide her to speak for this World to continue to improve as it must!

This is #tangtaviteatime

We have tea. We are goddesses and so it works! This will be the page I send all of the people asking me questions about my shop details!

I’m a severe cystic acne survivor. Listen if you get mad that insurance will pay for a sex change operation but won’t help your acne scars be resurfaced whelp this page is for you!

I have been through a lot of skin care issues which led me to holistic ways. I want to share. It’s not just a skin care and bitching about acne page. It’s learning how to change your healing options.

Welcome to our page..

Ohhh yea—we chased the Sunrise the other morning☀️

My Tavi is two. I love you my little creation of spunk, brilliance, cuddle and kindness. I’m so happy we get to do this together👣👣

On this day it was chilly like 50 degrees. I thought we could handle it with a jacket. Let me know what you think🌹

As usually

DAY FIVE

#selfcarechallenge

@sol.luna333 asked me today to tell her of a time where meditation helped me? Did I sleep or focus after this time?

Be right back my phone is dying !!! I’m going to meditate for my night time challenge in that time🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

I’m back

I actually looked up the word meditation definition. Not that I didn’t know but seems maybe I think it should be a long specific time, solo and a fancy spot. It didn’t say that. No special amount of time nor special fancy spot. It did say self but does it only mean self like by your self or does it mean ones own brain in that spot or time?

I think I meditate with my baby while I breastfeed.
Not exactly sure and maybe I do more studying of this topic.

Initially, I was going to say while I labored for my baby. There were moments of calmness but honestly it was also filled with moments of urgency, worry and great deals of pain unmanaged. The moment we latched it was a stillness like I never experienced. This empty of and nonsense and filled with only warmth of overfilled love and strength!
So yes, while my phone is out of my hands(key factor), I would say I meditate when I breastfeed ❤️
