A night I’ll carry with me for a long time.

A Mystic Journey with the Oud — Melbourne, 29.08.2026

What began as a simple idea — one oud, one room, and an invitation to truly listen — became something much more beautiful than I imagined.

To everyone who came and shared that silence, attention and energy with me: thank you. You weren’t simply an audience; you became part of the journey.

And to every friend, artist, technician, photographer, supporter and beautiful soul who helped behind the scenes — whether through your time, advice, encouragement or simply believing in the idea — I’m deeply grateful. This night could not have happened without you.

Looking back at these photos brings back the atmosphere of that room: the stillness, the sound, the connection. For one hour, it felt like the outside world disappeared and there was only music.

Melbourne, thank you for making the first Mystic Journey with the Oud so special. 🫶

This was the first journey… not the last.
