Sarah Ahmed puts her Ayana Active set to the test on the pickleball court. Wearing the Amy Pants, Ayana Tunic and Amina Tube Hijab 💜

“I like how the top is fitted, making it comfortable to play sports and workout in.” — Sarah

From the lightweight feel of the Amina Tube Hijab to the functional pockets and modest coverage of the Amy Pants, every detail is designed to move with you, not get in the way.

Have you guys ever seen those specialty cooking classes and wondered if they’re actually worth it? 👀 @rollthiswaysushi

I’m here to tell you… they are! 🥟✨

We came to Roll This Way for their newly launched Dumplings From Around the World Workshop, and it was SO much fun!

We got hands-on and learned how to make dumplings inspired by different cultures around the world 🌎🥟

Here’s what we made:
🇨🇳 Chinese Jiaozi — shrimp (shellfish-free chicken option available)
🇰🇷 Korean Mandu — pork & kimchi (halal chicken option available)
🇵🇱 Polish Pierogi — potato, cottage cheese & fried onion
🇵🇰 Pakistani Dumpling — squash
🫐 Polish Dessert Dumpling — blueberry

From learning how to fold each dumpling to cooking and finally getting to eat everything we made, the whole experience was interactive, fun, and honestly such a unique way to spend an afternoon! 😍

If you’re looking for a fun activity to do with friends, family, or even as a date night, definitely add this one to your list! 🥟❤️

✨ Come with us to get a facial @cozyfoot_spa in Mississauga! 💆‍♀️🤍

We tried their 60-minute Hydrogen Oxygen Facial, and here's what the experience was like.

🫧 First, they started with a double cleanse to remove makeup, SPF, and deeply cleanse the pores followed by gentle exfoliation to leave our skin feeling fresh and smooth.

✨ Next was the facial machine, which included bubble suction for deep cleansing, a cuticle scraper to remove dead skin and blackheads, a high-frequency wand to help calm the skin and reduce bacteria, and a serum infusion treatment to deeply hydrate the skin.

🌿 To finish, we enjoyed a relaxing face, neck, and shoulder massage.

✨ If you're looking for a relaxing self-care day in Mississauga, this is definitely one to add to your list!

Found a spot in Midtown Toronto serving up a premium Italian lunch experience called @labaciata 🇮🇹✨.

Their specialty is La Baciata Focaccia — a 48-hour fermented sourdough that’s baked folded together. Fun fact: “baciata” translates to “kissed” in Italian 💋

We tried two vegetarian sandwiches:
🥪 Caprese — Fior di latte, basil pesto, tomato, arugula, and balsamic glaze
🍄 Ortolana — whole burrata, basil pesto, peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

The ingredients are largely imported from Italy, and the focaccia is baked fresh to order. The result? A perfectly crisp crust with a light, airy interior.

I shared these with my family and it disappeared so fast 😅

If you're looking for a delicious Italian lunch spot in Toronto this summer, this one is worth adding to your list.
