OH MY HEAVENS & TOMATOES

I have insomnia pretty bad, so sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night thinking I look like Guy Fieri, act like Gordon Ramsey, just beat Bobby Flay and dating Brooke Williamson or even better….

Stephanie Izard = Fan Crush….

Anyway, I think of things that might be good for dinner….

Last night, I thought about….

Roma tomatoes dipped in Italian dressing, covered with provolone and broiled for about 3 minutes before drizzling dressing over the top of the melted and charred provolone

OH MY!!!

Tonight, this will be paired with a grilled, then sliced flat iron steak over a bed of pasta in a light tomato and basil sauce with peppers and onions

Being transparent, I’ve probably watched some cooking show with something similar, but couldn’t tell you when or if I even did….

It’s really really good!

Nicole Sinclair ('26/KIN) is heading to @creightonphx for her DPT! 👏

Nicole was a co-captain for @centraldutchsoccer⚽️ and started 52/58 games in her career. Around the halls of #hislopHOUSE, she took residence at the corner table senior year so will will miss these daily interactions. She has a purposeful approach to all she does and kind disposition. Plus, she's super smart😏 Nicole will be excellent in the field! ✨️

CUI Day offered an opportunity for students to present their work to the campus community. #hislopHOUSE was well represented; just a few snapshots of the MANY presentations on the day. &plenty were from an interdisciplinary perspective! 👏👏👏

Tried calling Zoey before to say goodnight before I went to bed

She responded in a text…..

Screenshot attached along with most recent selfie of her and Nicole….

Simply telling me I got stood up by a tv show about a bunch of “euphoric” females in their late teens and early 20’s….

Uhhhh…….
