Mamas, hydration is basically a full-time job in this season, so your water bottle choice is serious business. 😂💧 Safe to say @sinclo.au has understood the assignment 💛 They’ve thought of things I didn’t even know I needed in a water bottle. There are 5 different bottle sizes, 9 colours and 7 interchangeable lids — also available in different colour combos. So you can basically build your perfect bottle, then make it completely yours by adding your name, a cute design or even a motivational quote. @sinclo.au have LITERALLY thought of everything. So really, the only question left is… how many water bottles are too many? 😂

The golden rule of land management: You don’t finish projects. You just move the mess around. 🚜💥 We finally got that beautiful tea tree mulch laid down... so naturally, I hopped on the Kioti today to completely trash the orchard. The goats absolutely destroyed this space, so the old weed matting had to come up and the dirt had to be leveled. One tractor blade scoop at a time, we are getting it flat. Today’s real-life farm uniform:• 🤠 An old, super dirty pink Akubra Rough Rider that has seen some things (the pretty new one stays inside).• 🐝 My trusty Wranglers featuring a highly specific, awkward badge of honor—melted beehive wax right near the groin from wrestling candles with my Gen X beekeeper hubby.• 🥾 My matching Mongrel boots completely caked in fresh orchard dust.• 🫖 My pink YETI cup ( @farmangelsau Christmas present 🎁 😇) locked into the tractor cup holder, packed with cold tea to keep me conscious out of the enormous Sinclo 2.5ltr water bottle (yep blown away with the awesomeness). No filters, no city-chic influencer nonsense. Just grease, dirt, and a massive pile of chaos to clean up next week. Drop a comment: Tell me we aren’t the only ones who create a massive disaster zone the second we fix something else? What are you avoiding today? 👇 @kiotiaustralia #KiotiTractor #WranglerJeans #AkubraHat #RealFarmLife #YetiCup

This time last week, we were hosting our very first Empress event 🥹 And honestly... I don’t think I’ve fully processed it yet. For five years, we’ve been building Empress 👑 Most days, it’s easy to get caught up in launches, photoshoots, stock, emails, deadlines and the next thing on the list. But last weekend, everything slowed down. I got to stand in a room full of the women we built this brand for. Women wearing our pieces, sharing their stories, talking about what they love, what they need, and how Empress has impacted their lives in so many different ways. Someone said something to me on the day that I haven’t stopped thinking about: “You forget that you don’t just sell activewear. You sell community.” And wow. That one hit me. Because it’s true. As much as we love creating the products, it’s the community, the confidence, the connection, and the feeling of being seen and included that makes Empress what it is. That was my biggest takeaway from the day. Empress is so much bigger than activewear. And lying there on my Pilates mat, looking around the room, I had one of those moments where I just thought... Holy shit. Look what we’ve built. I’m so proud of my team, so grateful for my family and friends, and so thankful for every single person in this community who has helped shape Empress into what it is 🥹🫶 Last weekend reminded me of my why in the biggest way. And now I’m already thinking about the next one 👀 Who wants to come hang out with us on 22 August? 😏🥰🫶 Massive shout out to our sponsors: @sinclo.au @writetome @macr0mike @planetorganicaustralia @thestationpilates
