DON’T RUSH.

Those are the two words I would tell my younger self. Isn’t it funny that the first ever challenge in the pandemic last year was the "DONT RUSH" challenge.

We all sang those two words, but did we ever listen?

I’ll be real with you, I sometimes I have a weird relationship with social media. I am always reminding myself to not pressure myself out of the season Im currently in. It’s so easy to see someone’s social media posts and compare. It’s so easy to feed the voice that screams "you’re not doing enough" but can I just remind you.. don’t rush.

I read on Twitter that we shouldn’t let someone’s harvest time take us away from our seed time. May we always remember that every harvest starts with a seed. You may not see fruit yet, but no fruit grows overnight.

A baby takes 9 months to reach full term, even though a mother is excited.. she understands the importance of the full term so the baby can be healthy.
Our blessings are forming, and even though we may want some things now.. may we always remember.. the blessings that last may not come so fast 😉 (BARZZZZ - WHERE IS MY RECORD DEAL?!🧐)

But on a serious note.. this word is not to say God is a God of delay, but this is a word to remind you that GOD IS A GOD OF PROCESS.
