Throwing it back to September at Sinergia. It wasn't just a festival; it was living proof of what happens when beautiful souls, spiritual ethno beats, and nature come together in perfect harmony. ✨🌿
It reminded me that dancing isn’t just about moving the body; it’s about freeing the soul. Moving to these ancient, spiritual ethno beats felt like a return to the roots—a collective meditation where we didn't need words to understand each other. Just pure presence, high frequencies, and the healing power of rhythm.

✨YOGA & CELLOMANO live- New Class added!
26/9 • 18/20h • Zagreb • full moon

Here is something i realize: I’ve always loved mental knowledge. Years as a professional researcher and analyst, turning information into insight, data to wisdom, knowledge from books, and logic of evidence. That was my strength.
And then.
20 years of yoga taught me about pratyaksa — the knowledge we f e e l - without having to understand it in our mind.

This is an invitation to a class to connect with that wisdom. A class where you don’t come to learn something. You come to slow + quiet down. To surrender to the moon, to the ground, and to the mesmerizing sound of Cellomano LIVE.

His music arrives layer by layer, washing away mental debris, awakening that what makes us feel human, alive, connected.

Like a dive into an ocean of pratyaksa wisdom, just waiting to be felt.

The morning Vinyasa class is already full, so we’ve added an evening class - slower, deeper, still the same Harvest full moon.

This is precious to have this maestro here- come hear him and join me for the practice.

AlterEgo takes over K4.

On October 17, we welcome Tim Green for a night of progressive, melodic and organic house.

A producer and DJ with nearly two decades behind the decks, Tim’s path has taken him from early techno releases to the deeper, more melodic sound he explores today through All Day I Dream. Along the way he played his sets at Fabric, Panorama Bar, Space Ibiza, Womb Tokyo, Burning Man and countless rooms in between.

His sets are built for the long run - slow tension, deep groove, melody and atmosphere that keeps unfolding until morning.

Joining him:
- Jerpa
- Clemeen b2b BESTER
- Animula
- Smolej

For one night, AlterEgo will reshape K4 beyond the dancefloor.

The main room stays focused on movement.
The small floor turns into a living room for conversation, rest and reset.

We’re also introducing a no phone policy for the night.

Come as the version of yourself you feel like being. Bring your AlterEgo to life.
17.10. / Klub K4 / Ljubljana

This weekend I attended my first two Cacao ceremonies by @tata_walker @florencia.fridman @manu__flow @sinergia.si @cacaolaboratory @arijana_aska. Thank you. It was amazing, intense, beautiful, but I guess I had to learn a hard lesson. I burned my dress on the pot and got my period in between the two ceremonies. After the second ceremony, I left the tent and went to a music festival far away, where I had total meltdown, a very intense panic attack, because I was demanding too much of my body and my nervous system. I am beyond grateful for the people around me who understood and supported me, even if it was very hard for them to witness me in that state. Situations like this really show you who is strong enough and cares enough to go through hell with you and who cannot accept your most vulnerable parts. Cacao showed me that I have to listen to my body’s screams and that I have to pour love into my flaws, even if most people will reject them. Because the flaws are showing me what I still need to learn and who is willing to walk that path beside me.

@shakti_awakens hvala za posnetek! 🌻🪷💛

Watch till the end for tips for your own practice 🤎✨

Cacao is not just chocolate.

Cacao, the language between the Earth & the heart, has a long sacred history. 🌎🤎✨

Yet today, much of the cacao we consume has become disconnected from it’s origins, we know nothing about it and turned something sacred into just a sweet pleasure drink.

That’s why we should remember again:

Every cacao carries a story.
A land. A seed.
The hands that planted it.
The people who cared for it.
And those, who feel connected to hers spiritual essence.

So before you drink your next cup, pause for a moment:

Let it become a moment of presence.
Prepare it with love.
Drink consciously.
Feel it. Thank it.

And most important:

Choose consciously your cacao. Choose 100% pure cacao, look beyond the words „ceremonial grade“, ideally as a whole cacao block, with clear origin and transparent, ethical sourcing.

With all my heart I can recommend @cacaolaboratory from @florencia.fridman & @quiacain_ they have so much wisdom, and you can ask her any questions.

Let your cacao become a ritual. 🤎⚜️

So much love, wisdom and clarity. So much joy, support, compassion and community.

Thank you wholeheartedly to the wonderful hosts and to every single soul who showed up, shared, connected and co-created this special gathering.

There is something truly powerful about coming together with open hearts - learning from one another, holding space for one another and simply remembering how beautiful connection can be.

Deeply grateful for this experience, for the cacao, for the people, for the laughter, the conversations and all the moments in between.

Thank you for creating a space where we could meet, share, feel and grow together. ✨🤎💫

And as Tata Walter would say : “Cacao es La Familia”.🙏🏻
